For customers wanting to know the condition of electrics in a property. Including landlord reports & PAT testing for landlords and estate/letting agencies at a very reasonable price. (IEE wiring regulations BS 7671 requires that periodic inspections/testing of electrical installations are carried out at such intervals:

   Office buildings - every 5 years
   Retail premises - every 3 years
   Domestic dwellings - at change of occupancy or every 10 years.

•Security and CCTV systems.
